I'm going to borrow my cousin's Xbox just for this, I mean, this is the mother of all 3rd person shooters.

I mean, I love the concept. I spent hours on GTA3 and then Vice City running around shooting fat people, just because I could. But I've never understood the lasting appeal.

Because there are other things to the game beyond running around and shooting things and you just happen to be a shallow gamer who takes everything at face value.

There's a certain appeal in wanting to star in your own gangster flick. Still not sure it makes up for yet more of the same gameplay, but then I'm one of those games-are-art fags.
