About censors. Not having them is ++++. I run a forum about The Mountain West Conference (College sports for you n00bs) which includes BYU (LDS founded and funded school) and still no censors is a plus.
I do have two censors though...

And MVHS (The log in name of someone I had made a mod, he got in an arguement about a running back, he got pissy and left and has not come back since) so his name is censored to [penis head]

We'd basically just revert back to the old rule that allowed swearing but only in moderation. Like "Oh shit, I just heard Poe's impression of Kao and I lol'd so much" would be acceptable but "HOLY GODDAMN SHITFUCK DID YOU FUCKING HEAR POE'S IMPRESSION OF KAO ON ZP RADIO I WAS LAUGHING SO FUCKING HARD I SHIT MY COCK RIGHT OUT MY GODDAMN PANTS FUCK DICKS DICKS DICKS" would not be acceptable.

I approve of the swearing rules Ben has suggested. It's not like **** holds some hidden meaning. Like it's some kind of force field. It means fuck or shit or cock, and it doesn't really save anyone's innocense.
Besides I'm pretty sure Zane typed 'fucking" or "fuck you guys" or something like that the other day, so I'm sure he'll be fine if we say fuck so often.

Hey, I typed it in normally first, but it shot it over to "person" instead, so I replaced the i with an asterisk so as it was more obvious as to what I was saying. So no, I didn't censor myself, I compensated for my being censored as much as possible.

Not according to Zeldapower. I ran a search for the word and only two out of 20 or so hits were used in a manner of onomatopoeia, the rest were derogatory, except for one instance of Kero misspelling "chunk".
Well, okay, but there's still the issue of potentially offensive words doubling as legitimate terms. It's ridiculous having to go around saying ****ney or ****tail all the time.

Actually, it's one of the many words that were censored automatically when I made the forum. I pretty much just uncensored the words people used the most in normal conversation and left it at that.
That said, I cannot uncensor it now, because that might make you happy.
